Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 September 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the AiGpu website and related cloud and hardware services operated by Advanced Integration (“we”, “us”, “our”) from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the site or submitting an order or enquiry, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
AiGpu is operated by Advanced Integration, with offices at Dubai Digital Park, A1 Building, Office 987, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: [email protected].
These Terms apply to website visitors, cloud rental customers, and purchasers of hardware listed on the site.
2. Services
We provide (a) information about GPU cloud rental and hardware, (b) online forms to request cloud access or hardware purchase, and (c) commercial services subject to a separate quotation, invoice, or written agreement.
Published prices are indicative in AED and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Final pricing, availability, lead times, and configuration are confirmed by sales before any binding commitment.
3. Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order or contact form is a request, not an accepted contract. A binding contract is formed only when we issue a written confirmation, quotation acceptance, or paid invoice as applicable.
We may decline or cancel a request where stock is unavailable, export or sanctions restrictions apply, payment fails, or information provided is incomplete or inaccurate.
4. Cloud rental
Cloud instances are provided on a usage basis according to the selected plan (spot, on-demand, or reserved). You are responsible for securing credentials, lawful use of software and data, and compliance with applicable export and data laws.
We may suspend service for security incidents, non-payment, abuse, or legal obligation. Spot capacity may be interrupted. Service levels, if any, are defined in a separate SLA.
5. Hardware sales
Hardware remains our property until full payment is received. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address you designate, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Manufacturer warranties apply as provided by the vendor. Delivery dates are estimates. Returns are accepted only where required by UAE law or expressly agreed in writing, and unused products must be in original packaging.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use our services for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, distribution of malware, infringement of intellectual property, or processing of prohibited content under UAE law.
You must not attempt to disrupt the website, probe systems without authorization, or reverse engineer services except as permitted by mandatory law.
7. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, and software interfaces are owned by Advanced Integration or its licensors. Product names and logos of NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, Frontier, and others are trademarks of their respective owners.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our aggregate liability arising from any claim related to the website or an order is limited to the amounts you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
