OpenAI and Oracle Deepen Partnership to Embed Enterprise Apps in ChatGPT
OpenAI and Oracle are expanding their alliance to bring Oracle's business applications and AI agents directly into ChatGPT, while also powering new Oracle AI offerings with OpenAI models.

OpenAI and Oracle have announced a broader partnership that will surface Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, NetSuite, and industry-specific AI agents inside ChatGPT Enterprise and ChatGPT Team. The integration lets knowledge workers query ERP, HCM, and CX data through natural language without leaving the chat interface.
In return, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure will host new OpenAI-powered services for Oracle customers, including dedicated model endpoints and fine-tuning pipelines that run on OCI Supercluster GPUs. Both companies say the arrangement accelerates time-to-value for joint accounts in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing.
Why it matters for GPU / AI infrastructure
The deal signals rising demand for sovereign, high-throughput GPU clusters that can serve both foundation-model inference and enterprise fine-tuning workloads side by side. As more SaaS vendors embed LLMs into core applications, cloud providers must deliver low-latency, multi-tenant GPU capacity with strict data-residency controls — exactly the capability AiGpu's UAE-hosted H100 and A100 clusters are engineered to provide.
