NVIDIA DLSS 5 Brings Neural Rendering to Hogwarts Legacy on GeForce NOW Cloud

NVIDIA rolls out DLSS 5 with 3D-Guided Neural Rendering for Hogwarts Legacy on GeForce NOW, alongside 24 new titles in November. Ultimate tier members access RTX 5080-class performance across devices without local hardware upgrades.

Hogwarts Legacy running with NVIDIA DLSS 5 neural rendering on GeForce NOW cloud gaming

NVIDIA has deployed its latest DLSS 5 technology with 3D-Guided Neural Rendering to Hogwarts Legacy on the GeForce NOW cloud gaming service. The update introduces lifelike lighting and material detail while preserving the game's original geometry and artistic direction. Avalanche Software tuned the integration using DLSS 5 developer controls, and the title also supports Multi Frame Generation and Ray Reconstruction for enhanced ray-traced visuals.

Cloud-First Performance at Scale

GeForce NOW Ultimate members can stream the upgraded experience with RTX 5080-class performance across PCs, Macs, handhelds, browsers, mobile devices, and compatible TVs. The cloud platform handles game installs and updates automatically, eliminating local storage pressure and download waits. This model demonstrates how AI-driven rendering can be delivered as a managed service rather than a local hardware requirement.

Beyond Hogwarts Legacy, November brings 24 games to the service, including eight this week. Blizzard's World of Warcraft: Forever launched with a launch-week access reward for GeForce NOW members and support for around 100 CurseForge add-ons at launch. Ubisoft also added expansions for Tom Clancy's The Division 2 and Anno 117: Pax Romana.

Why It Matters for GPU / AI Infrastructure

The rollout underscores a shift where cutting-edge neural rendering pipelines run on centralized GPU clusters and stream to thin clients. For AI infrastructure providers, this validates demand for high-density, low-latency GPU compute that can serve both training workloads and real-time inference for graphics. Services like AiGpu's cloud GPU offerings can address similar needs for enterprises building AI-powered visual applications.
