NVIDIA Cloud Partners Expand Sovereign AI Infrastructure Across Europe and Beyond
A growing ecosystem of NVIDIA‑powered AI clouds in Europe, the Nordics, Africa and Central Asia is delivering sovereign compute, open models and full‑stack DSX Vera Rubin factories to meet surging demand from AI‑native companies.

European AI‑native firms are pulling regional cloud capacity forward at an unprecedented pace. Developers now require compute that sits next to their data, open‑source models they can fine‑tune, and full‑stack infrastructure that is secure by design.
Sovereign compute and open models
Partners such as Nscale, Crusoe, Aleria, Cassava Technologies, Firebird, G42, Radiant, SWI Compute and Vultr are rolling out NVIDIA DSX Vera Rubin AI factories across five European markets and beyond. Nscale’s use of DSX MaxLPS on GB300 NVL72 systems showed a 37 % increase in GPU density and nearly 50 % higher inference throughput within the same power envelope, while Crusoe’s liquid‑cooled modular factories target low‑latency inference for customers like Base44 and Gradium.
The expanded footprint combines Vera Rubin GPUs, BlueField DPUs and Spectrum‑X Ethernet, giving customers granular control over where workloads and data reside. This stack supports training, fine‑tuning and large‑scale inference of open models and libraries, enabling rapid deployment of agentic and physical AI applications.
Why it matters for GPU / AI infrastructure: Sovereign, energy‑efficient AI factories reduce reliance on distant hyperscalers, lower latency for real‑time agents, and provide a compliant foundation for regulated industries. For buyers, the choice of multiple regional providers means better pricing, data‑locality guarantees and the ability to scale GPU clusters without hitting power limits.
