Meta Expands Muse AI Agent to Small Businesses with New Integrations
Meta rolls out Muse for Small Business, adding Shopify, Slack, and dozens of other SaaS connectors, and launches an enterprise platform to monetize its AI stack.
Meta announced on Tuesday that its AI agent Muse is now available to small businesses, complete with integrations for Shopify, Dropbox, Slack, and more than a dozen additional SaaS tools.
The agent can tap into a company's sales, operations, and marketing data across those platforms, giving it contextual awareness that a standalone chatbot cannot provide.
Alongside the small‑business rollout, Meta unveiled the Meta Enterprise Platform and appointed former MongoDB CEO Chirantan “CJ” Desai to lead the initiative, signaling a broader push into the corporate AI market.
